Laptop Sound Port LSP-2

The DSAN LSP-2 Laptop Sound Port is a compact adapter which converts a computer's audio output into balanced microphone-level signals which can be connected to professional audio equipment via the two male XLR sockets.

Separate volume controls are provided for each channel and a ground lift switch assures hum-free operation. A sum switch combines the two channels into a mono signal if one is required. A stereo headphone loop-through allows for confidence monitoring aided by the main output mute switch.

Additionally, the unit can connect to a computer's USB interface for a clearer signal. No drivers are required under Windows XP or Windows 7. A USB cable and carry pouch are included. The unit is the perfect accessory for anyone who is travelling with a computer based presentation that needs it to be accessible to a larger audience.

The LSP2-R 'inverter' option includes 2 female-female XLR adapters so that male XLR cables can be plugged into the LSP-2 in order to use it as an input adapter for a recording device, such as a camcorder or computer, with a 3.5mm input.
